Perenco UK Limited is undertaking a subsea well investigations and inspections campaign on Minerva M1 and Mercury MY02, utilising the Wagenborg Kingsborg as the Diving Support Vessel (DSV).
The Kingsborg will conduct 24-hour diving operations in support of subsea inspection and investigation activities. The campaign is expected to last approximately 35 days and will involve vessel, diving, and subsea support operations at Minerva M1 Block 47/04 and Mercury MY02 Block 47/09 within the Southern North Sea.

Liverpool Bay CCS _ Cable Lay – Talacre Beach to Douglas Platform
Mariners are advised that Liverpool Bay CCS Ltd will conduct the main cable lay using the vessel CLV Ndurance. This vessel will transit to Blyth from Rotterdam approx. 16th August, carry out sea trials in the SNS, testing equipment docking Blyth thereafter to load out cable. The vessel is expected on site ~ 14th September 2026.
The Ndurance will be working 24 hours and is expected to depart the Port of Blyth end of August then transit to Liverpool Bay, estimated in the field ~ 14th September 2026 (weather dependant)
Main cable lay activities will take place along the Liverpool Bay CCS Cable Construction Area and Temporary Anchor Zone (See Figure 1 and Tables 1 & 2 below).
Cable lay activities are planned to begin inshore within Block A at Talacre Beach and progress offshore through Gwynt Y Môr Wind Farm towards the Douglas platform which may include laying cable within the Liverpool Bay Traffic Separation Scheme whilst RAM over the coming several weeks. Notices will be issued to the relevant authorities before activities are planned begin within the Liverpool Bay TSS.
The Anchor handling vessels ‘Tom Scruby / Costal Vanguard / Will Discover’ will also assist the CLV during the cable laying activities which will include anchor deployment/recovery within the Nearshore locations (Blocks A-D) and estimated to be in the field from ~ 10th August on other activities, assisting the CLV from ~14th September onwards. A project Scout vessel will be in attendance of the CLV to assist with locating fishing gear and liaising with fishing vessels in the area and reporting to the OFLO onboard the CLV.
Also, Project Guard vessels will be deployed along the newly laid cable route and updates to this notice will be given once vessel details become available.
Associated support vessels details and activities have been supplied within LBCCS NtM 009. General Notice of Operations will be issued during the cable construction period.
Mariners are advised to always maintain a safe distance (of at least 500m) from vessels at all times.

NEP Block 1 - Dead Man Anchor Deployment
Mariners are advised that the Northern Endurance Partnership (NEP) will be deploying a Dead Man Anchor in support of the NEP offshore pipeline construction programme.
The MH Freedom is estimated to mobilise 10 August 2026 to install the Dead Man Anchor (DMA) in preparation for he main offshore pipelay works. Deployment operations are expected to take ~ 24 hours, however the anchor will remain in place for ~ 3 weeks and will be retrieved by the MH Freedom once pipelay installation activities has commenced.
The works will involve the controlled placement of the DMA within Block 1 of the NEP Pipe Construction Area, DMA deployment position is provided in Figure 1 and Table 1.
Mariners are requested to maintain a safe distance of at least 500 m from the DMA at all times and to navigate with caution when operating in the vicinity.
The MH Freedom will remain onsite to guard the DMA until it is retrieved.

NEP Post-Lay Pipeline Rock Installation
Mariners are advised that the Northern Endurance Partnership (NEP) will be undertaking post-pipelay rock installation activities in support of the NEP offshore pipeline construction programme.
The works will be undertaken by the Simon Stevin and are anticipated to commence on or around 13th August 2026, continuing intermittently until approximately 30 November 2026, subject to weather, operational requirements and programme changes.

Curlew D Field - Exclusion Zone
Following completion of the Curlew WHS Campaign, post-decommissioning, a seabed inspection survey and trawl verification sweep identified a known natural seabed obstruction, which is highlighted in the coordinates below, measuring app. 4.0 m x 2.2 m x 0.5 m. In addition, 75m exclusion zones were maintained around each retained drill cuttings pile to prevent disturbance by trawl gear. These zones should continue to be avoided by fishing vessels and other seabed users operating in the area.

Subsea campaign to disconnect and remove Sean Field pipelines and subsea infrastructure
The project is to remove 20” and 30” pipeline tie-in spools, the Sean RD power cable, the SSIV and protection frame, the SSIV umbilical and the mooring buoys using vessels Edda Freya and Olympic Ares. Olympic Ares completed the first campaign - removal of pipeline spools, power cable and umbilical. The SSIV will be removed by Edda Freya mid September 2026.
As part of field decommissioning operations, the following field infrastructure will be removed using two vessels Edda Freya and Olympic Ares over two months.
• Tie in spools from PL310 (Sean Papa to Sean Romeo production flowline) - completed
• Tie in spools from PL311 (Sean Papa to SSIV to Bacton production flowline) - completed
• PLU5156 (Sean Papa to Sean Romeo power cable; 4.89 km in length) - completed
• PLU5157 (367 m Sean Papa to SSIV hydraulic umbilical; 367 m in length) - completed
• SSIV - disconnected - to be removed mid September
• Mooring buoys - partially removed.
Campaign with Olympic Ares is completed. Final removal of SSIV will be completed by Edda Freya from Mid September 2026.

Galahad - Danger - Protruding Isolation Plugs on End of Live Pipeline
Following the removal of the Galahad monopod structure Perenco UK is warning mariners of protruding isolation plugs on pipeline PL1166, which is connected to the live/operational Lancelot Area Production System. An Isolated Danger Marker Buoy has been installed at the site of the former Galahad structure to mark this hazard.

Greater Stella Area - Decommissioning Activities & Sail-away of FPF-1
GSA flushing, disconnects and sail-away of the FPF-1 semi-submersible asset
Ithaca Energy is undertaking the decommissioning of the Greater Stella Area (GSA) field facilities, located in central North Sea Blocks 30/06, 30/01 and 29/10. GSA has been developed via a number of subsea tie-backs (Stella main drill centre (MDC), Stella north drill centre (NDC), Harrier, Abigail and Vorlich), and associated subsea infrastructure (manifolds, infield pipelines, gas lift lines, umbilicals, risers and riser bases), and export pipelines (gas and oil), which were tied into the floating production facility, the Stella FPF-1.
The Stella FPF-1 has been removed from location. Activity will remain in field through July - Oct to remove the MWAs and other infrastructure.
Some items will remain wet stored in the GSA for later recovery.
MARLIN AIS is in place to track activity in the area.

Frigg - OBN survey VIR26001
Viridien is planning to undertake an ocean bottom node (OBN) survey over the Frigg field area in both Norway and UK waters from 1st May until mid-August for up to 110 days. The survey will cover UKCS blocks 3/30, 4/46, 9/5, 9/10, 10/1 & 10/6 and Norway blocks 25/1-2 & 30/10-11.
This OBN survey will utilise three vessels: Siddis Mariner (node handling), Sanco Sword (seismic source) and Tanux III (support vessel).
Siddis Mariner will deploy acoustic sensors (nodes) using ROV’s on the seafloor around the Odin and Frigg fields, starting at the northern edge of the survey area. The nodes will be deployed 200m apart in lines up to 25km in length, with a line separation of 200m. Up to 25 lines of nodes are deployed at once.
Working in tandem with the Siddis Mariner, Sanco Sword will deploy a 200m towed 800 cubic inch seismic source up to 5km around and over the deployed node patch in an east / west direction, gradually moving southwards with each line. Once a node line has been covered by the seismic source, each node is recovered by ROV and processed for use on another section of the survey.
Tanux III will act as the support vessel for both Siddis Mariner and Sanco Sword.
Please note that the area defined in this notification will not be restricted in its entirety to fishing vessels for the duration of the survey. The rolling node area will only restrict access to a smaller section. FLOs will be placed on board Siddis Mariner and Sanco Sword to assist with fisheries on site.

All vessels operating in the vicinity of Buzzard Installation August/September 2026 are advised:1. Platform navigation aids (visual and audible) shall be considered to be OFFLINE and UNAVAILABLE for the duration stated above, with any works being initially preceded by Commencement notice and concluded by Completion Notice.2. Exercise increased vigilance when navigating near the installation, particularly at night or in poor visibility.3. Do not rely on visual or audible platform marking aids during this period.4. Maintain effective lookout using radar and all available navigation equipment.5. Comply with the 500m safety exclusion zone at all times.6. AIS remains available. The installation will continue to be shown on navigation charts.7. The installation remains operational throughout the works.8. The main offshore pipelay works will be undertaken by the Castorone, supported by 6 pipe supply and support vessels: FS Aries, Atlantica Server, Surfer Tide, MH Monsoon, FS Hercules, HM Flipper. The Normand Frontier will undertake associated pipeline burial activities. Two guard vessels, the Devotion and the Liberty will also be present within the project area.
Offshore Fisheries Liaison Officers (OFLOs) will be deployed aboard two of the pipe supply and support vessels to support communication with fishing vessels operating in the area.
The main offshore pipelay activities are anticipated to commence on or around 15 August 2026 and continue until approximately 30 November 2026, subject to weather conditions, operational requirements and programme changes.

The positions of any targets identified as potential Unexploded Ordinance (pUXO) will continue to be shared within a separate notice and posted as a hazard on the Kingfisher Bulletin Service.

Decommissioning - Alba Floating Storage Unit (FSU)
The Alba Floating Storage Unit (FSU) has undergone flushing, cleaning and disconnection activities in preparation for removal from the Alba Field. The vessel is scheduled to be towed from the field on 20–21 July 2026. Existing field infrastructure, including the Mid-Water Arch (MWA), will remain in situ following the FSU departure until Sept/Oct. The Alba Northern Platform is remain on location and will continue to be supported by an ERRV.

Geophysical and Environmental Survey Notification - Auk Platform
NEO NEXT have contracted Gardline to undertake survey work at the Auk Platform using the vessel Ocean Geograph.
- Summary of survey activities, including:
- Side scan sonar towfish (up to 300 m astern).
- Surface-towed seismic streamer (approximately 100 m astern).
- Environmental sampling and drop-down video surveys.
- The vessel will be restricted in her ability to manoeuvre whilst survey equipment is deployed.

The Hawksley WHPS usually has a Yellow special marker buoy - Wellhead EMB 28 Pillar Buoy marking the structure - this has broken off-station so the WHPS is not currently marked. The WHPS is located in a subsea 500m safety zone.

Lofn-Pinky 3D Site Survey EQ26055 - Northern North Sea
3D site survey EQ26055 in NCS blocks 15/5, 6, 8 & 9 immediately adjacent to the UKCS/NCS border.
The site survey will be carried out using two vessels:

NEP Pre-Lay Offshore Dredging Activities - Block 5 Extension
Mariners are advised that the Northern Endurance Partnership (NEP) will be undertaking sand dredging activities within Blocks 4 & 5 of the NEP pipeline construction area as part of the pre-lay pipeline construction activities.
The operations will be conducted within fishing Blocks 4 and 5.
Block 5 has been extended to accommodate dredge spoil and is now larger than first reported within v01 of this notice.
The works will be undertaken by two vessels: the Hermod R and the Njord R.
The Njord R mobilisation has estimated to commence ~ 20th July, for approximately 8 weeks (weather dependent).
The Hermod R activities are anticipated to commence on 24th July, for approximately 11 weeks (weather dependent)
For further information, contact the Fishing Industry Representative and the Company Fisheries Liaison Officer. Mariners are advised to always maintain a safe distance (of at least 500m) from the Njord R and the Hermod R.

Structure and Pipeline Inspection - West of Shetlands

- A combined UXO desk study has been commissioned by ENI in 2025 which was completed by Fugro to assess the UXO risk for the different project phases, this incorporates historic
survey data to understand the potential risk of UXO’s with depth and in many places in Liverpool Bay bedrock is at or very near the surface resulting in a potentially lower risk of UXO’s being present. This desk study has then informed dedicated risk assessments for decommissioning and P&A should be consulted for a more detailed understanding of the UXO’s potentially located in the area.

The works will be undertaken by the EDT Hercules, which is currently scheduled to mobilise from Aberdeen on 25 June 2026, with arrival at the construction area anticipated on 27–28 June 2026, subject to weather conditions.
Initial activities will comprise mattress installation, gate/marker installation and boulder relocation works, which are expected to continue for approximately 45 days. Following completion of these activities, the vessel will undertake pre-lay survey and pipelay support activities within the construction area.
Offshore activities by the EDT Hercules are currently anticipated to continue until approximately 24 September 2026, although all dates remain subject to weather, operational requirements and programme changes.
An Offshore Fisheries Liaison Officer (OFLO) will be present onboard the EDT Hercules throughout the offshore campaign and will act as the primary point of contact between the vessel and the fishing industry.Mariners are advised to maintain a safe distance of at least 500 metres from the EDT Hercules at all times.
The operations will be conducted within Fishing Blocks 1–5. These locations are shown below in Figure 1 and Table 1.

Multiple vessels will conduct an Ocean-Bottom Seismic (OBS) survey across the Clair and Clair Ridge oil fields. The operation will involve deploying seismic receivers (nodes) on the seabed and operating seismic sources (airguns). The survey is expected to last approximately two months, commencing around 30 June 2026.

The MBE survey will be carried out by M/V “Ocean Geograph”. During the survey acquisition there will be no towed equipment, just the hull mounted MBE. That means the vessel has full ability to manoeuvre apart from the areas where the Statfjord Platforms A, B, and C + the loading areas for Statfjord A & B.
The survey area is approximately 140 – 150 meters depth apart from the Northern Part where it deepens to 240 meters. The duration of the survey is estimated to 12 effective days + possible weather stand-by. The earliest survey start date is set to 19th June but much likely a few days later.

NEP Endurance Area - PAM Service Update - As-Laid Positions
Mariners are hereby advised that the Northern Endurance Partnership (NEP) is continuing to undertake an Offshore Passive Acoustic Monitoring (PAM) Survey within the Southern North Sea. This survey deployed of a series of PAM moorings to support ongoing environmental monitoring activities.
The Acoustic Spatial Capture- Re-Capture (ASCR) Array has now been redeployed.
The planned deployment the Seabed Landers has been delayed estimated to take place ~ August – September 2026.
Seabed moorings and Cardinal buoys remained in their original positions after servicing.
All moorings will remain in place throughout the remaining ~5-month monitoring period.
As-Laid coordinates of all equipment are provided in Table 1, Table 2 and Table 3 and are illustrated in Figures 1 and 2 within the attached notice.
Mariners are advised to maintain a safe distance from the deployment locations at all times.

Decommissioning Works - North Cormorant
The CSV Oceanic is currently on site, carrying out Top Side preparation activities as part of the removal process for the Top Side of the installation. Once these preparation works are completed, the Pioneering Spirit will be mobilised to attend and execute the actual removal of the Top Side.
The CSV Oceanic will be carrying out the first stage of work within the North Cormorant 500m Zone, and I’d like to highlight that there is a dedicated ERRV in place to support the entire workscope. Once these preparation activities are completed, the Pioneering Spirit will attend to remove the topside as planned.

The acoustic device will be at the location noted below - but will extend to a total height of 25m above the seabed. The device will deployed from 19th April 2026 (depending on weather) and will be in place for approx. six months.

Preparation of and Removal of Offshore Installation Hewett 48/29A by Heavy Lift Vessels
Heavy Lift Vessels (HLVs) the Scaldis Rambiz and Gulliver will be mobilising the Hewett field to prepare the 48/29A Complex for removal. Once preparations have been completed the topsides and jackets will be removed and transported onshore for final disposal.
The HLVs will be moblising to the Hewett feild in on or around the 1st of April. The HLVs will be completing preparation activites, and lifting and removing the topsides and jackets in the period April to August 2026.
