Mariners are advised that Liverpool Bay CCS Ltd will conducting dredge support survey activities using the NRH Cormorant. The Cormorant will initially be working within Blocks A & B of the Liverpool Bay CCS Cable Construction Corridor.
Works will expand as dredge vessels mobilise to site and additional dredge support survey vessels may also be mobilised during the survey period which will be notified accordingly.
Dredging support surveys will take place along the Liverpool Bay CCS Cable Construction Area
The CCS Cable Construction corridor has been divided into ten separate blocks listed Blocks A-J to enable clear engagement and communications to all relevant stakeholders.
The Cormorant will initially be working within Blocks A & B – updates to follow
Mariners are advised to always maintain a safe distance (of at least 500m) from construction vessels.

The Well-Safe Protector will mobilise from Aberdeen to the Seven Seas (48/7c-13y) location to undertake P&A activities, on or around the 15th April 2026. When complete, the rig will move to Grove G5 (49/10a-4) to complete P&A activities at this location. Total operations are expected to take 70 days and be complete by the end of July 2026. Update: Rig now at Grove G5 location. The wellhead at Seven Seas remains in-situ and will be removed at a later date. 500 m safety zone remains in place.
The Well-Safe Protector will mobilise from Aberdeen to the Seven Seas (48/7c-13y) location to undertake P&A activities, on or around the 15th April 2026. Operations are expected to take a total of 40 days and to be complete by the end of May 2026. Following this activity, the rig will move to Grove G5 (49/10a-4) location to undertake P&A activities. It is expected to be at Grove G5 for 30 days. All activities are expected to be complete by the end of July 2026. This date is subject to change depending on weather and operational requirements.
Update: The rig has now moved to the Grove G5 location. The wellhead at Seven Seas remains in-situ and will be removed at a later date. The 500 m safety zone remains in place.

Mariners are advised that the Northern Endurance Partnership (NEP) will be undertaking sand dredging activities within Blocks 4 & 5 of the NEP pipeline construction area as part of the pre-lay pipeline construction activities.
The works will be undertaken by two vessels: the Hermod R and the Njord R. The Hermod R activities are anticipated to commence on 24th July, for approximately 11 weeks (weather dependent).
The Njord R activities are estimated to commence ~ 17th July, for approximately 8 weeks (weather dependent).Mariners are advised to always maintain a safe distance (of at least 500m) from the Njord R and the Hermod R.
The operations will be conducted within NEP Pipeline Construction Area Blocks 4 and 5.

Pre-Decommissioning Environmental Survey - Foinaven
Environmental and Geophysical survey operations carried out by the vessel Geo Ocean III, on behalf of bp, shall commence approximately 21st July. Survey operations are expected to last a duration of 30 days subject to any delay due to adverse weather.
Geo Ocean III shall be conducting an environmental survey in the Foinaven Field. The survey shall comprise:
- AUV geophysical survey at approximately 3 knots using multibeam echosounder and sidescan sonar. This survey shall primarily cover the former DC 500m zones and pipeline/umbilical corridors in the field.
- Environmental survey, of up to 36 stations. At each station the vessel shall complete camera transects and grab samples.
- ROV general visual inspection of Structures

Fugro Galaxy - UXO Survey - Liverpool Bay Assets Field
UXO & Various surveys throughout the LBA Field - vessel will be in field for around 90 days.
ENI UK is currently in the process of Decommissioning of assets in Liverpool Bay as part of the end oil & gas production (Figure 2.1). There are two main projects running in parallel.
- Decommissioning of the platforms
- Plug & Abandonment of wells for the closure of the field
- Seismic Survey 6z IW Survey at Lennox
- A combined UXO desk study has been commissioned by ENI in 2025 which was completed by Fugro to assess the UXO risk for the different project phases, this incorporates historic
survey data to understand the potential risk of UXO’s with depth and in many places in Liverpool Bay bedrock is at or very near the surface resulting in a potentially lower risk of UXO’s being present. This desk study has then informed dedicated risk assessments for decommissioning and P&A should be consulted for a more detailed understanding of the UXO’s potentially located in the area.
Hook-up and tensioning of Rosebank FPSO mooring lines
3 x anchor handling vessels (AHVs) will hook-up and tension 12 x mooring chains to secure the Rosebank FPSO in location. This will be followed by cutting off the excess mooring chain and recovering to deck. Part of this scope will be to recover blast matts & turning bollards.
Skandi Vega / Skandi Iceman & Skandi Skansen will conduct operations to hook-up 12 x mooring chains to the Rosebank FPSO when in location in the Rosebank field.
This will include tensioning of the mooring chains to establish 100 year storm safe.
Following this the excess mooring chain will be cut and recovered to deck.
Survey activities is a part of this scope.
Part of this scope will be to recover blast matts & turning bollards.
Once 100 year storm safe is established the Skandi Vega & Skandi Iceman will leave the field, however Skandi Skansen will remain until scope complete.

Ithaca Energy is undertaking the decommissioning of the Greater Stella Area (GSA) field facilities, located in central North Sea Blocks 30/06, 30/01 and 29/10. GSA has been developed via a number of subsea tie-backs (Stella main drill centre (MDC), Stella north drill centre (NDC), Harrier, Abigail and Vorlich), and associated subsea infrastructure (manifolds, infield pipelines, gas lift lines, umbilicals, risers and riser bases), and export pipelines (gas and oil), tied into the floating production facility, the Stella FPF-1.
The Stella FPF-1 is due to come off location 6th July. The FPF-1 will be towed to Norway, with an anticipated arrival date of 9th July. Activity will remain in field through July - Sept to remove the MWAs and other infrastructure.
Some items will remain wet stored in the GSA for later recovery - 500m zones will remain in place.

The works will be undertaken by the EDT Hercules, which is currently scheduled to mobilise from Aberdeen on 25 June 2026, with arrival at the construction area anticipated on 27–28 June 2026, subject to weather conditions.
Initial activities will comprise mattress installation, gate/marker installation and boulder relocation works, which are expected to continue for approximately 45 days. Following completion of these activities, the vessel will undertake pre-lay survey and pipelay support activities within the construction area.
Offshore activities by the EDT Hercules are currently anticipated to continue until approximately 24 September 2026, although all dates remain subject to weather, operational requirements and programme changes.
An Offshore Fisheries Liaison Officer (OFLO) will be present onboard the EDT Hercules throughout the offshore campaign and will act as the primary point of contact between the vessel and the fishing industry.Mariners are advised to maintain a safe distance of at least 500 metres from the EDT Hercules at all times.
The operations will be conducted within Fishing Blocks 1–5. These locations are shown below in Figure 1 and Table 1.

Jack up & Well Intervention Operations: HAEVA/Apollo
Vessel HEAVA will be onsite at Apollo for well maintenance in the Apollo field from the 12th June at the earliest until 7th August 2026. A guard vessel, kingfisher will be on site from the 12th of June.
The Apollo A1 and A2 wells are located in the Apollo field in the Southern North Sea (SNS) in the United Kingdom Continental Shelf (UKCS) Block 47/3.

Subsea Decommissioning Dana Western Isles
Dana Petroleum (E&P) Limited have contracted Helix Energy Solutions (Well Ops) to carryout Well Operations at Western Isles decommissioning project using the MSV Well Enhancer at the North and South Drill Centres in 2026.
The Harris and Barra fields and located in Block 201/24a of the UKCS, 160km to the East of Shetland and approximately 500km North- North East of Aberdeen. The water depth in the area varies from approximatety 150msw to 165msw. The Western Isles production storage and offshore vessel (FPSO) has been been disconnected and no longer in the area. The Well Enhancer will be working on Wells at the North and South Drill Centres with ROV support, plus possible diving operations if required. There will be SIMOPS with the CSV Boka Nothern Ocean that will be in the Dana Western Isles area carryout decommissioning operations with ROV only support.

Subsea campaign to disconnect and remove Sean Field pipelines and subsea infrastructure
The project is to remove 20” and 30” pipeline tie-in spools, the Sean RD power cable, the SSIV and protection frame, the SSIV umbilical and the mooring buoys using vessels Edda Freya and Olympic Ares. Mobilisation of Olympic Ares Friday 12th June from Killingøy, Norway.
As part of field decommissioning operations, the following field infrastructure will be removed using two vessels Edda Freya and Olympic Ares over two months.
• Tie in spools from PL310 (Sean Papa to Sean Romeo production flowline)
• Tie in spools from PL311 (Sean Papa to SSIV to Bacton production flowline)
• PLU5156 (Sean Papa to Sean Romeo power cable; 4.89 km in length)
• PLU5157 (367 m Sean Papa to SSIV hydraulic umbilical; 367 m in length)

In order to gain access to the pipeline ends, a dredger will be employed to gain access to the ends for cutting. Two 20” tie-in spools of PL310 (41 m section at the Sean Romeo end and 50 m section at the Sean Papa end), three 30” tie-in spools (two 10 m sections at the SSIV end and one 65 m at the Sean Papa end) will then be cut and recovered. The pipeline spools will be recovered to the vessel deck in 10 m sections. Once recovered, the remaining pipeline ends will be remediated with two tonne rock bags.

Trenchless Crossing of the River Dee - Liverpool Bay
Mariners are advised that United Infrastructure will be carrying out pipeline installation works on behalf of Liverpool Bay CCS Ltd under the River Dee. This work is trenchless and will not interrupt navigation.
United Infrastructure (formerly United Living Infrastructure Services) is the main contractor for the Project responsible for the design, procurement and construction of the pipeline and associated infrastructure on behalf of the Licence Holder Liverpool Bay CCS Limited.
The pipeline installation under the River Dee will be carried using a trenchless crossingmethod employing a Herrenknecht (HK) Direct Pipe machine (similar to Horizontal DirectionalDrill).The launch pit will be located approximately 240 metres from the flood defence, and thereception pit approximately 190 metres from the flood defence. So the associated compoundsand works will be set back over 16m from the flood defences and banks of the River Dee.
Thepipeline will be installed greater than 15m below the river bed and there will not be any activities within 16m of the flood banks or within the channel of the River Dee.It is our intension to commence works as soon as condition 3.18 of the Marine Licence has been discharged. Some site preparation works will start at compounds during weekcommencing 18/05/26. With works under the River Dee scheduled to commence 10/06/26 with an estimated duration of 6 weeks.

Mariners are hereby advised that the Northern Endurance Partnership (NEP) is continuing to undertake an Offshore Passive Acoustic Monitoring (PAM) Survey within the Southern North Sea. This survey deployed of a series of PAM moorings to support ongoing environmental monitoring activities.
The Acoustic Spatial Capture- Re-Capture (ASCR) Array has now been redeployed.
The planned deployment the Seabed Landers has been delayed estimated to take place ~ August – September 2026.
Seabed moorings and Cardinal buoys remained in their original positions after servicing.
All moorings will remain in place throughout the remaining ~5-month monitoring period.
As-Laid coordinates of all equipment are provided in Table 1, Table 2 and Table 3 and are illustrated in Figures 1 and 2 within the attached notice.
Mariners are advised to maintain a safe distance from the deployment locations at all times.

Viridien is planning to undertake an ocean bottom node (OBN) survey over the Frigg field area in both Norway and UK waters from 1st May until mid-August for up to 110 days. The survey will cover UKCS blocks 3/30, 4/46, 9/5, 9/10, 10/1 & 10/6 and Norway blocks 25/1-2 & 30/10-11.
This OBN survey will utilise three vessels: Siddis Mariner (node handling), Sanco Sword (seismic source) and Tanux III (support vessel).
Siddis Mariner will deploy acoustic sensors (nodes) using ROV’s on the seafloor around the Odin and Frigg fields, starting at the northern edge of the survey area. The nodes will be deployed 200m apart in lines up to 25km in length, with a line separation of 200m. Up to 25 lines of nodes are deployed at once.
Working in tandem with the Siddis Mariner, Sanco Sword will deploy a 200m towed 800 cubic inch seismic source up to 5km around and over the deployed node patch in an east / west direction, gradually moving southwards with each line. Once a node line has been covered by the seismic source, each node is recovered by ROV and processed for use on another section of the survey.
Tanux III will act as the support vessel for both Siddis Mariner and Sanco Sword.
Please note that the area defined in this notification will not be restricted in its entirety to fishing vessels for the duration of the survey. The rolling node area will only restrict access to a smaller section. FLOs will be placed on board Siddis Mariner and Sanco Sword to assist with fisheries on site.

In preparation for the installation of a floating Wind Turbine at Culzean - an acoustic device will be deployed near to the proposed wind turbine location at the Culzean field. The acoustic device will be at the location noted below - but will extend to a total height of 25m above the seabed. The device will deployed from 19th April 2026 (depending on weather) and will be in place for approx. six months.

Heavy Lift Vessels (HLVs) the Scaldis Rambiz and Gulliver will be mobilising the Hewett field to prepare the 48/29A Complex for removal. Once preparations have been completed the topsides and jackets will be removed and transported onshore for final disposal.
The HLVs will be moblising to the Hewett feild in on or around the 1st of April. The HLVs will be completing preparation activites, and lifting and removing the topsides and jackets in the period April to August 2026.

Adura are planning to undertake an ocean bottom node (OBN) seismic survey in the central North Sea, covering United Kingdom Continental Shelf (UKCS) Blocks 23/27, 30/1-3, 30/7-8, and Norwegian Blocks 007/11 & 001/2. The campaign will last 45 days in total but have included contingency in the event of bad weather.

East Brae Decommissioning works
TAQA (duty holder) of East Brae will be conducting decommissioning activities at the East Brae.
TAQA (duty holder) will be conducting decommissioning activities at the East Brae installation commencing between the 12th of May 2026 and 11th June 2026 for circa 60 days. This work will include preparation works for Topside and Conductor removals.
Vessels will be operating within the 500m safety zone of the platform and on occasion, will be at stand-by, near to the boundary of the 500m zone.
Vessels in attendance will be the Balder and Sleipner for the work scopes.
The ERRV Vos Traveller will be performing standby duties.

Dana Petroleum (E&P) Limited has contracted Boskalis Subsea Services (BSS) for the Western Isles decommissioning project using the CSV Boka Northern Ocean.
Harris and Barra fields are located in Block 201/24a of the UKCS, 160km to the East of Shetland, and apprcximately 500km North-North East of Aberdeen. The water depth in the area varies from approximately 150m to 165m. The Western Isles production storage and offshore vessel (FPSO) has been disconnected and offstation, but production trees and water injections trees via 9-off flexible risers, 2 -off dynamic umbilical's, 2 -off bundle systems with associated spools and jumpers, 2- off mid-water arches (MWA), FPSO mooring piles, concrete mattressess remain on location. Boka Northern Ocean will carryout some of the decommissioning works commencising in early April for up to 90 days on location, note only ROV's operations from the CSV Boka Northern Ocean for this part of the project.
